Coaches/ Assistant Manager

The role of a coach is to coach your players. The assistant manager will also be coaching the team, and he will also be in charge og the reserve team, and coach the senior ream in case you decide to temporarily go on holiday.

Scouts

The scouts are the ones that will run across the globe to bring you reports on the players you are interested in. Their job had become of extreme importance since in the newer versions of the game the attributes of all but the most important players are masked, and you will need to have them scouted in order ro judge them. What is more, you can have a scouter scout the next opponent(how) or you can assign a scouter permanently to a team. I often do the latter with teams that constantly produce young talents, such as Ajax, Boca Jubiors, PSV and River Plate.
Most important attributes are

• Judging player ability: This will tell of the player currentl ability (see hidden attributes)
• Judging player potential: This will tell of the player potential ability (see hidden attributes)

Physio

He will be taking care of players that are injured or recovering of a serious injury. He will also be the one to decide whether a player should be sent for rehabilitation.
