Championship Manager 2003 2004 training

Along with the 2D match display screen, training is the next best thing in CM4. Although all agree that it is yet incomplete and additions and imporvements need to be made, and everybody seems to be having problems with it, it is yet true that you can't even think of yourself as a decent manager if you are unable to help your team's youngstersevolve in the next superstars of the game.

When the game starts, your player stats are somehow lowered relative to their actual potential. Also the younger players' stats will improve through time, until they get to a peak. It is very important to train your players well, else they will never get better, or even their stats might drop through time!
