In the training screen, you will get a message describing the level of training facilities your club offers. This is a hidden attribute for the club, ranging from 1-20. Training facilities are very important to your club, and especially youth team. If they are inadequate, several young talents might be lost forever, and this will also result in a higher number of injuries during training. To improve training facilites, you can go to Club Confidence and on the pop up menu onbottom right of the screen, click on improve training facilities.

Generally your board will refuse in the first year, except if your finances are outstanding. However if you continue asking, and the club can afford it, they will accept in the second or third year. Then you will see a great improvement, both in terms of trainng performance and number of players promoted from your youth academy,
