Walter Centeno - Will go to championship sides, even top League 1 teams. A flamboyant midfielder.

Paulo Marcel Pereira Merabet aka 'ROMA' - only ever seen this guy once, but worth it. 
Miguel Angel Llera - Pops in and out of games, somtimes he's there, somtimes not. 
Stefan Klos - Emergency Goalkeeper, requires massive wages
Fabian Barthez - Huge wages, not worth the trouble.
Steve Marlet - Great in the championship, can sell him on for a few mill and ship him back to france. 
Gustavo Cabral - In January, probably one of the best defenders in the game.
Chris James - Will go to championship clubs - can sell him for a few mill after a season.
Mustapha Hadji - League 2 Dominator!
Molina - Deportivo GK
Seth Johnson - Good in League 1.
David Thompson - Excellent winger for League 1
Alessandro Pistone - Somtimes in the game, sometimes not.
Esmir Sabic - A beast of a defender, signed him at lowley hereford with no problems
Dennis Schulp - Somtimes in the game, somtimes not. 
Fabrice Fernandes - Is good in premiership, Lyon seem to sign him alot, aswell as Lille.
Kwame Ayew - Get in there quick, Dundee ALWAYS sign him.
Jean Ferrari - Havent tried this guy.
Roberto Holsen - Old Chilean or peruvian striker. Haven't signed him as of yet.
Raymond Kalla
Sheku Kamara - Good in Conferance to League 2. Plays best at MC.
Ray Parlour - Will go to league 2!
Owen Price - Legend in FM2007, doesn't seem to perform , even in Conferance.
Mike Williamson - Is a solid defender IRL, snap him up.
Roque Junior - Roque Roque Roque, played for europes best teams, plays for Leeds, and Flops.. enough said.

These players have a wide range so you should find at least a couple players for your level. Some players may not be found due to your league setup and others will only be free within 6 months etc.

For best results it's best to run a large database. Enjoy!

To install just extract into your my documents/sports interactive/football manager 2008/shortlists folder then press import shortlist when you're on the shortlist screen in FM08 :)
