I have developed a 4-4-2 system that quite frankly, is working very well with Wolves at the moment.
I believe that my results would be a lot better, had i used the correct version of the two tactics, during certain matches.
Sometimes I try to score more goals, when really, i should try and defend my lead......

I play Keogh as the left sided forward....He has good pace, dribbles with the ball well and has good passing attributes. He seems to excel in this position, so i would advise using a similar kind of player.
Eastwood is the right sided striker. He has pace, can finish well and has a fierce strike. He has scored lots of goals from outside the area....so use a similar player with high "long shot" attribute.
The wingers are self explanatory, as are the DC's and full backs.
In midfield, I play two all rounders. Box to box players work best in my centre field. They tend to have a fair few long shots at goal, so a high "long shots" attribute would work well. Rocco Quinn, who plays as the right sided MC, gets into the box a lot and has a lot of goalscoring opportunities from close range.

Pretty much the same as the attacking version, but more defensive obviously. I dont really rotate players...so both tactics work well with the same players.
I'm 1st in the Championship after 12 games:
